I am Valeska
I’m Valeska, an Ayurvedic therapist and osteopath, specialized in Panchakarma, integrative bodywork, and emotional healing.
Born in Ibiza, amidst nature and the sea, I learned from a young age that the body holds our deepest languages—and that through touch, presence, and attentive listening, we can find real paths to healing.
My work is grounded in a deep and diverse training background, combining eastern and western medicine. I support people in restoring balance and well-being through a holistic, somatic, and deeply intuitive approach, creating a safe and respectful space where the body’s natural capacity for self-healing can emerge.
