Roots and Refuge

I was born and raised in Ibiza, an island known for its magnetism and unique energy.

From a very young age, I felt deeply connected to nature. It was my refuge. The forests, the mountains, and the sea taught me that everything has its own rhythm, balance, and timing, and they cultivated a sensitivity that many years later would become an essential part of my work.

I have always had a strong interest in the human mind.

The challenges I faced in my childhood, together with family conflicts, awakened in me at an early age the need to understand suffering and resilience.

Without realizing it at the time, all of this was already laying the foundations of my path in the world of therapy.

The beginnings – The body as a gateway

At the age of 13, my body manifested symptoms that would change the course of my life.

A chronic edema in my right foot led me to explore various alternative therapies and eventually to enroll in my first massage training, after years of frustration with conventional medicine, which provided neither results nor a diagnosis.

This first training, which initially began as pure self-healing, became my first real encounter with the healing power of touch and with the understanding that when the body is truly listened to, it can transform.

Moved by this experience, and by my desire to travel and discover the world, life took me to India at the age of 18, where I discovered Ayurveda.

Its philosophy captivated me from the very first moment because it united everything that fascinated me: the body, psychology, medicinal plants, lifestyle, and spirituality.

Ayurveda reflected something I had already intuitively sensed: the language of the body, its individuality, the union between body, mind, emotion, and nature, and the energetic pulse that lives within us.

There, I understood my constitution and imbalance, and for the first time, I was able to regulate the edema that had marked so many years of my life. That journey was a turning point. A door opened, and with great clarity, I knew this was my path.

The path and integration

In the years that followed, I lived between seasonal work in Ibiza and long journeys around the world—Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Mexico, the Amazon, Thailand, Morocco. Each journey nourished me with ancestral medicines, deep-rooted cultures, and new perspectives on the body, health, and life.

Alongside my travels, I continued expanding my training. I deepened my knowledge in various massage techniques and explored the emotional and cognitive dimensions of healing through training in coaching and personal development, as well as hypnosis. I specialized in Panchakarma, assisting in many processes until I began guiding my own.

During those years, I also worked in some of the most renowned luxury hotels in Ibiza. While I learned a great deal in spa environments, I always felt that this was not my place. What was missing was depth, authenticity, and a truly healing-oriented approach.

My curiosity about the body eventually led me to study osteopathy, a training that opened my understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the body as a living, interconnected system.

When I integrated Ayurveda and osteopathy, I realized I had found a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern knowledge.

How I Accompany

Today, I have my own practice in Ibiza, where I facilitate Panchakarma programs and individual sessions.

My most recent training in integrative body therapy has further expanded my ability to accompany emotions, body memory, and deep transformational processes. I continue to train constantly in therapy, somatic work, and ancestral medicine, as I believe a therapist never stops learning, listening, or deepening their understanding.

My approach is intuitive, sensitive, and technical at the same time—deep, yet always respectful.

I believe in the body’s innate self-healing capacities, and I see myself as a channel of presence, listening, and support. In each session, I bring my love, intuition, years of study, and lived experience. I believe the body is a map of memory and wisdom, and that there is an energy that sustains every process.

For me, this work is not a profession: it is a way of life. Every person I accompany reminds me of the beauty and strength that exist within the human body, and of that unexplainable magic we feel when something deep within us begins to reorganize.

Accompanying you is an honor for me. Thank you for being here and for opening yourself to this encounter. It will be a pleasure to walk alongside you on your journey.
